Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

- You received the wrong item.
- The product is significantly different from what was ordered.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Replacements
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
If the item is unavailable, you will receive a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, religious, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used pooja products
- Consumable items such as incense sticks, camphor, cotton wicks, oils, or powders after opening
- Customized or personalized products
- Products damaged due to improper use or handling after delivery
